Answer: 6:00 PM
Question: If I don't have the right material to package something, can you do it for me?
Answer:Yes, plus we do not charge a "labor fee".
Question: Who is your preferred carrier?
Answer:
We can ship with DHL, FedEx, UPS or US Mail, but we tend to recommend UPS. They are equally as reliable, but UPS has the best customer service and they actually pay their claims in a timely manner.
Question: Can you ship antiques?
Answer:Yes, but we want to make sure they are packaged properly. We will bubble wrap, Styrofoam and double box your breakables. After all, there is no reason to pay to have your valuables shipped only to have them arrive damaged. We treat your family heirlooms as if they were our own.
